Apartment No1 Mikonos Playa has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has an on suite inc. Jacuzzi bath, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, satellite telly, hifi, communal swimming pool and is less than fifty meters to the marina shops, restaurants and bars and is less than sixty to the beach. The apartment is newly furnished with a modern theme, it has its own secure underground parking accessed through electric gates, the sun terrace has a lovely Mediterranean feel with tropical plants and has a large pergola, reclining sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs.

The apartment has marble floors throughout, it is fully air conditioned (hot and cold) to all rooms and are cleaned top to bottom every week, everything is included aside of beach towels.
The apartment has a double aspect lounge/dining room with three sets of double patio doors and is well furnished with dining table and chairs for six, two sofas, a number of smaller tables and wall units, Sky/Digital TV with DVD player and a hifi.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps etc, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower over, washbasin, bidet and wc. Second bedroom is slightly smaller with twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, etc etc built-in wardrobe.
The separate guest bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin and wc. The kitchen is fully fitted out with cooker, hob, extractor, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room has a washer/dryer sink and hanging facilities.
The sun terrace is two storeys above ground level and has a southerly aspect, it has views of a small part of the marina, some sea views and the surrounding area, it makes a great location for barbecues and relaxing both during the day and in the evening, you don’t actually need to leave the apartment to have a full day in the sun and a relaxing night.
