This Haven permits enjoyment of everything that being on the beach and on the boardwalk promenade while maintaining privacy and serenity the boardwalk level can not provide. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late checkout.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 15 days after departure.
A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation.
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.
