Ocean Breeze is quite spacious with an open floor plan. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 very comfortably. This is a great ocean front property right on the boardwalk, just steps away from the sand.

The master bedroom is very roomy with a queen bed, TV, fireplace, seating area, AND an oceanfront balcony! The large master bathroom has two sinks, a shower with a seat, and an oval bathtub for relaxing. The second bedroom also has a "L" shaped balcony off of it, a TV, and a CD player. The third bedroom has a double bed, a stereo, and a TV (each bedroom has its own TV!).

The living room has sweeping ocean views as well as a large TV and surround sound. There is also an additional seating area with a fireplace. This is the prefect place for relaxing after a day at the beach or day of exploring sunny San Diego!

Ocean Breeze shares a garage, but the condo still has parking for two cars parked tandemly. Also in the garage is a shared, full size, washer and dryer. On the ground floor is a patio right off of the boardwalk with a built-in grill.

If you don't feel like cooking, you are within walking distance of restuarants, as well as shops. And, if you want excitement, the Big Dipper roller coaster is just a walk away towards the south in Belmont Park.
