Our pool/deck area will leave you breathlesswith a deck area of 50ft wide and 25 ft before you reach the pool and Jacuzzi.

After swimming in and out of the feature fountains come and sit at our poolside bar and sip a glass of chilled wine or soft drinks for the children.

A 50 ft by 40ft fully screened patio area with a 15 ft by 30 ft South facing pool and Jacuzzi is furnished with a patio table (with parasol) and four chairsand second patio table with six chairseight sun loungers and four bar stools which makes seating for twenty two guests.

The spacious deck area (one of two of the largest deck area's on Hampton Lakes both including pool side bars) makes life much easier for the young ones to play and party and have a good time.

If the sun gets too much for you there is a 12 ft by 50 ft lanai (porch) at the back of the villagiving shade to those who need to "cool off" for a while. The porch is also fitted with two electric fan's to keep it nice and cool.

Stock up with chilled winesbeers and soft drinks for those warm nights. Our fabulous outdoor bar with a summer kitchen and electric grill makes barbequing so much easier and enjoyablea state of the art grill with it's downdraft system gives you the great smell of your food without the smokechilled drinks can be kept in the fridge at the end of the bar.

The pool is fitted with an automatic cleaning and filtration systemunderwater lighting and electric heater for the cooler winter months. The Jacuzzihas it's own heating system and underwater lighting. So when you've had a full day at the Theme park you can come home to relax in a bubbling spa to plan you next exciting visit.

There are three feature fountains in the pool to add to the ambience the pool are is 100% NOT overlookedthe setting it totally privateand orange groves and a dry lake surround you.

Watch the exciting fireworks every night from the pool area and your children will go to bed each night remembering the bright flashes of colour lighting up the Florida sky.

The villa features a beautifully furnished spacious living room with vaulted ceilingremote control TV and video's are provided for all ages. Access to the pool is also in through this room.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standardwith self cleaning ovenmicrowavedishwasherfridge freezercoffee makerwaste disposal and much more. There is also a phone where you can make free local calls (international calls can be made through the purchase of a pre-paid phone card obtained through local stores).

There is a separate room which houses a washer and tumble dryer as well as cot and high chairsafety gate and pram.

Seating for eight around a beautiful dining table. The colours blend in with the rest of the villa's decor.

Toys and games including a sit and ride car are provided for the younger guests whereas a full size pool table gives the older guests endless hours of fun.
