Orleander Villa can be found in the peaceful surroundings of Calabay parc, just off US27. The villa is 12 minutes away from the magic of Walt Disney world. After a long and exciting time at the parks you can enjoy all home comforts and your own private screened pool and spa.

This is a non-smoking home including a fully equipped kitchen (microwave,dishwasher,cooker,hob) and some smaller luxury items including a coffee maker ,toaster,mixer and ice maker.There is a fully equipped utility and a two car garage.

There are 4 bedrooms: Master 1 with a king bed plus ensuite bathroom,tv/dvd. Master 2 with queen bed plus en-suite shower/wctv/video. Both rooms have their own access to the pool. Beds 3 & 4 are twin bedded one room being Disney themed. These room share a full bathroom.The living room has tv/cable/dvd plus there is a kids den with gamespuzzles ,books tv/dvd and x-box!
