The main level sits high above the tree tops where you can see for miles. On this level, the airy master bedroom with private bath offers soaring vaulted ceilings, a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, bidet, and his and her sinks.

The spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, two ovens, trash compactor, microwave, and every imaginable appliance is a chef's delight.

The huge double living room includes paddle fans, comfortable lounge and massage chairs, foosball table, electronic darts, a satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD and tape player. An adjacent lounge area with bar offers a relaxing place to entertain your guests.

The dining room comfortably seats 8, and the nearby breakfast bar seats four. The entire upper-level has access from every room to a huge wrap around covered deck that has a gas barbecue, outdoor dining tables, a pool table, reclining lounge chairs, a rope hammock (my favorite spot to watch the sunset), and lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sea of Abaco on three of the four sides.

The garden level has a second master suite, two twin bedrooms, a foldout double couch bed in the family room, two full baths, and a large very private screened porch area.

This unique home is designed to take maximum advantage of its tropical location. Huge window walls that open completely, vaulted ceilings, a wide wrap around porch, numerous paddle fans, and continuous air circulation, bring the balmy tropical climate indoors.

While you can choose to use the central air-conditioning, most people prefer to enjoy this house as it was designed -- wide open, with the gentle sea breezes wafting through the rooms.

Other amenities include an outside shower, games, novelss, and a private 25’ dock that is just steps from the back door where you can fish, take a private swim, or tie up your boat. Less than a five-minute walk will bring you into the heart of the village with it shops, dockside restaurants, sailmakers, boat builders, and other craftspeople. You may want to consider renting a golf cart to explore the island because the only means of transportation are by foot, by boat, by bicycle, or in a golf cart. No cars, no noise -- just beautiful beaches, crystal blue waters and a peaceful tropical Paradise.
