Fully renovated in November 2005, this pleasant 4 bedrooms, 3 baths home, measures approximately 2,600 SQF, could comfortably welcoming a large family.
The Miami Beach vacation & holiday house, provides with a very airy and homey atmosphere. Offering a very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, independent TV Room where the sofa can be easily converted in a large bed, a very large airy dining room, a large Florida room surrounded by big windows and opening up on a very large and cozy pool deck and its nice size pool.
The first bedroom was set with two twin size beds and has a renovated bathroom which opens up on the pool.
The master features a comfortable king size bed and its marble bathroom (with a tub) overlook the relaxing back yard.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth and king size bed. This two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
