Bare Foot, Estero and Fort Myers beaches are 20 minutes away by car; or ride the Pelican Sound ferry to the Gulf, free of charge.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom is furnished as a Den with a 2nd TV/VCR and desk, but can sleep two additional guests with its pull-out queen sofa bed.

A $400 transfer fee secures membership in Pelican Sound's Golf and River Country Club. There are over 20 private golf clubs available with reciprocity.
Launch a canoe (provided by Club) or your power boat from the dock at the River Club and enjoy the great fishing in the river. The river also provides easy access to Estero bay, where many enjoy jet skiing, water skiing, etc. From there, you're out into the Gulf of Mexico.
In addition to pool next to the unit, there's a large pool and health club available at the River Clubhouse and two full service restaurants.

SPECIALS: For rentals of 2 or more months, deduct 10% from the normal rental rate in the 2nd and succeeding months. In addition, we will further reduce the rental rate for any 3rd consecutive-month by $400 to cover the one-time membership transfer fee
Renters pay 11% Fl tax, Club Membership Transfer of $400 + Cleaning $100
