A Place in the Sun Homes offers spacious 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 bedroom vacation homes, and 3 bedroom condos / town homes that are located in quiet residential communities. All of our villas are close to Disney!
The vacation villas are located in residential areas that include, but not limited to:

The condos are located in Windsor Palms and Lake Berkeley. Windsor Palms is a gated community with excellent community facilities, such as a large swimming pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness center, game room, club house, outdoor volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, sundry shop, and a 50-seater cinema.
Lake Berkeley Resort is a private gated community also very close to Disney, shops, and restaurants. Lake Berkley has its own club house, community pool, lake with jogging path, fishing, barbecue, & picnic areas.
Town Homes
The beautiful community of Emerald Island presents a colorful array of town homes for your stay. This Mediterranean-themed, gated community has a community pool, clubhouse, greenbelt, nature trails, game room, and community spa.
