More than just a rental property, the Villa is a 7,000 sq. foot, luxury ocean view estate in the hills above Playa del Coco. Under 25 minutes from the Liberia Int'l Airport along the Guanacaste Gold Coast, the villa is in the center of all the action and easy to get to. Instead of spending hours getting there, you'll spend them with a cocktail in the giant two-level pool, while enjoying total privacy and seclusion.

Playa del Coco was a sleepy fishing town that has suddenly become a meeting point amidst several high end resorts. Nearby are a half a dozen fabulous, secluded beaches. The town itself is quite lively and has several restaurants, sport fishing charter companies, scuba tour operators and a popular casino. You are a short drive to golf, other popular beach towns, surf spots and other endless adventures.

Our home is hands down the most elegant in the area. Features include ample living space, large bathrooms, a second story chill-out deck with amazing ocean and island views, a large patio and sun deck, tropical landscaping and fine décor.

The enormous infinity swimming pool, complete with waterfall and grotto is the focal point. All rooms offer ocean views, terraces and fine décor. A cascading water wall divides the terraces of each bedroom balcony.

You won't need to lift a finger while you stay with us. Two maids, a personal chef and concierge will attend to your every need. We provide 3 meals daily as part of the rate. We will also procure alcoholic beverages of your choice at cost, chill, mix and serve them for a 10% cork fee.

The home is nearing the end of construction and will be completed in April and open for business in May 2008. We are offering discounts on pre-bookings, so take advantage while you can!

Our full-time Chef, Maid and Concierge services will assure that guests are completely comfortable and don't have to lift a finger. Three meals a day, beverages and snacks will be prepared for guests in our professional kitchen. The food will be top-notch international cuisine, and a menu will be specially prepared with your preferences in mind for each of the 3 daily meals. Enjoy your food in the indoor formal dining area, or venture outside for a candle-lit meal by the pool.

The Concierge will assist guests in planning their daily activities and tours. Our housekeepers will tidy up daily to ensure that your only concern is getting home in time to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. All of our bedrooms have terraces or balconies with ocean and pool views and private bathrooms. One room, outfitted with bunkbeds, is perfect for child guests. Upstairs is a special open-air chill out lounge - the perfect place to host a more intimate gathering with beautiful views of the surrounding forests and ocean. A book, music and DVD library along with board games will also keep guests entertained.

Or stroll past the artisan venues down to the beach to enjoy a cool "pipa" (water sipped out of a coconut) or fresh shaved ice with a sweet coconut milk topping. Howler monkies and exotic birds can be heard in the hills throughout the day. At night the village comes alive with music and dancing at several popular beach bars and cantinas.
