Reef Side Splendor is a splendidly decorated, luxurious villa with five star amenities and all the privacy one could wish for.
Nestled on a gorgeous reef on the Caribbean Sea in South Palmetto Point with a breath taking view. All bedrooms have access to the Caribbean Sea without entering the main living space.
You can swim, snorkel or play in the beautiful clear Caribbean waters from your front yard where in high tide the water is approximately 5 feet at entrance and a mere 3 to 4 feet during low tide. On most days the waters are as calm as a swimming pool, and even on those rare days when the water is a little turbulent it has the most calming affect watching the water gently lap against the reef.
If you are a fisherman you can fish right off your reef, catching such fish as yellow tail snappers, Margaret fish, conch, etc. Or rent a boat to deep sea fish or just to pleasure cruise the island which we would be delighted to set up for you or direct you to the right person.
Sun bath on the expansive deck or near the water, or just relax with a book under the waterfront gazebo. Enjoy blissful nights especially during a full moon, which provides the beauty of the night without the need of artificial lights, a most romantic setting. And enjoy some of the most magnificent sunsets daily.
The villa comes with a rental car so that you can explore this magnificent island from one end to the other. Which is filled with some of the most magnificent beaches anywhere, be sure to wear your swim gear during your drive and stop off and experience some of Eleuthera’s beautiful beaches, or just enjoy the cultural of some of the friendliest people in the Caribbean.
The villa offers 2 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, you can reserve an additional air mattress at no extra cost if needed, the villa is equipped with cable television, DVD, VCR, CD player .
The villa also has a grill and fully equipped kitchen including a rotisierrie. Daily Maid service, and baby-sitting service are offered at an additional price, and must be reserved in advance. The villa is air conditioned but you will find with the cross ventilation of the Atlanta Ocean so close on one side and the Caribbean on the other right at your front door the need for artificial air is not needed.
