Minimum rental period is 7 Nights.
30 % deposit is needed for reservation (this is not refundable if you cancel your reservation).
When you sign the rental contract a 1000 US$ deposit is needed for the furniture and other belongings in the apartment. (This money will be returned when you leave the apartment subject to deductions in case of damages).
