I was able to reduce the rate down to $ 1175 per week and the daily rate to $175 per night from Jan 4 - Feb excluding Holidays and my high season!

We are 5 minutes south of Coronado, 10 minutes South of Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp District, 10 Minutes North of Tiajuana, Horseback riding stables a few minutes away, Sea world and the San Diego Zoo is North about 20 min. There is Sport fishing, Golfing, Windsurfing, Surfing, Boogie boarding, Snorkeling, Bird watching, Tennis, Roller blading, Deep sea fishing, Dolphin watching, Rock climbing, Hiking and great Mt. biking trails just out your front door.
