We are 5 minutes south of Coronado, 10 minutes South of Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp District, 10 Minutes North of Tiajuana, Horseback riding stables a few minutes away, Sea world and the San Diego Zoo is North about 20 min. There is Sport fishing, Golfing, Windsurfing, Surfing, Boogie boarding, Snorkeling, Bird watching, Tennis, Roller blading, Deep sea fishing, Dolphin watching, Rock climbing, Hiking and great Mt. biking trails just out your front door. Monthly Rate Average is: $3,750
Policies: Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Discounted Rates for extended Stays. A Cleaning Fee of $125 will be deducted from your security deposit. Pets charge applies $100 per dog! All size dogs are welcome. Security deposit of $500. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates are based on weekly rental fee and in US($). City Tax Included. Dates available: Year Round.
