Barrier Dunes unit 41 is located on one of the and best fishing lakes in the community. It has easy access to the playground, interior pool and a short walk to the beach and the pool by the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Sliding glass doors lead you to your private balcony. This unit is fully furnished and tastefully decorated with a coastal decor. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 baths that sleeps 6.

King master suite with private, dedicated porch with gulf view, full bathroom, cable TV with VCR, ceiling fan, phone, and radio alarm clock. This overlooks the lake AND the Gulf of Mexico!

Queen suite with private porch, full bathroom, cable TV with VCR, ceiling fan, phone, and radio alarm clock.

Lower Floor:

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, half bath and a back deck with an electric grill overlooking the lake.

. Laundry Area: There is also a laundry area with a washer, drier, iron and ironing board. We also provide laundry soap for your convenience

. Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, crab crackers and a phone with an answering machine. . Dining room: Seating for four.

. Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table for playing games, cable TV, VCR , DVD, some VCR movies video tapes, puzzles, games, cards and books for all ages and a large back deck! The sliding glass door and window (this is an end unit) allows for lots of extra light! We have added attached baby gates to the stairs to protect your "little people" and your pets!

. Full Deck Overlooking Fresh Water Fishing Lake: The deck includes chairs and end tables. You can fish in the fresh water pond, feed the turtles and cook your "catch of the day" on the electric grill all without leaving the back deck! The porch railing has plexiglass around it for the safety of your "little people".
Covered parking: Under the unit you will find covered parking for 2 cars. There is also a hot & cold shower for washing your sandy paws and toes, a hose for washing your boat or dogs and a retractable clothes line for all those wet beach towels!
