Amidst the tranquil oasis of the northern end of South Padre Island, Texas, (sometimes refered to as SPI) you can enjoy fiery sunsets over Laguna Madre from the balcony of this waterfront vacation home.

During the day, from that same balcony you can watch people enjoying wind surfing, kite boarding and parasailing, or riding jet skis and banana boats. If you wish, you can rent them all close by. In the bay, there is outstanding fishing from the dock, your own boat or with a guide.

On Friday nights during the summer there are spectacular fireworks displays with an unimpeded view right out front of the house or sitting on the balcony. Just imagine how relaxing it will be to sit and enjoy all the water activities going right by your own yard and dock as well as watching the abundance of nature flying, floating and swimming past the front.
