Sunset Lakes is a quiet, small gated community just 5 minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida. The house is situated behind Splendid China on Highway 192. Formosa gardens shopping complex is minutes away, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

This Premier Gated Resort has many features including 2 lakes where fishing is permitted, paddle boats can be used on one lake and there is a community pool with cabana and a children's play area. Sunset lakes Resort is also surrounded by a conservation area which houses a variety of birds and wildlife. Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity.

The impressive Master Bedroom overlooks the lake and includes a King-sized bedcable TVphone and ceiling fan and large sliding doors exit out onto the pool deck. The En-suite Bathroom has twin basinsa bath tub and large walk in shower.
Bedroom Two is situated at the front of the villa. It has a Queen-sized bedfitted closet besides drawers. Bedroom Three has twin beds a fitted closet and a drawer unit with lamp. Bedroom Four also has twin beds and a fitted closet and drawers for extra storage. These three bedrooms are adjacent to the second bathroom which has twin basins a bath with a fitted shower. The private Heated Pool is fully screened and overlooks the lake. The covered lanai has a fan with patio furniture. The pool deck has 3 loungers and is accessible from the Master Bedroom and dining room. There is also a deck shower.The Single Story Villa is air conditioned and fully equipped to executive standard throughoutwith 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious family roomdining room and fully equipped kitchen are open-plan.

The Kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and has every major appliance including a full sized cookerfridge/freezer with ice making facilitywaste disposal unitdishwashermicrowavedishes and cookwareeverything to make your vacation stress-free! The separate Laundry room houses a washerdryeriron and ironing board. All linen and towels are supplied. All baby equipment is supplied at extra cost

With attractions like Disney, MGM, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, City Walk, Islands of Adventures, Sea World and a host of exciting Water Parks there is so much to see and do most visitors return year after year. Places to eat are plentiful whether you want cheap fast food or Cordon Bleu dining. You'll soon see that you are spoilt for choice with Kids meals free at some places. Even if you don't fancy eating out there are a wealth of well stocked supermarkets which are ideal to help you make your own tasty meals in the well equipped kitchen.

In years gone by the nightlife in Orlando used to be pretty quiet, but not anymore! Take in a dinner show at a number of places including Capones, Medieval Times or even a Who Done It show. Downtown Disney and Universal City Walk keep things going until the early hours, or visit a Country & Western bar to get the flavour of the old West with the excitement of country music.

The East or West Coast with their beautiful beaches are just an hour's drive or why not visit the Kennedy Space Center and see where the Shuttles are launched from, there may even be a launch scheduled during your visit. You may like to take a trip to Busch Gardens to see the famous White Tigers and experience some of the wildest rides any theme park has to offer.
