Property Description
The Stonehouse is located within the jungles of Marigot Bay. It has a magnificent view of the bay, the Caribbean sea and the sunset.
The Stonehouse is quaint and luxurious with its solid stone structure and mahogany finished wood accents. The house has two levels with its own separate entrance. Each level consists of one one bedroom villas with A/C, three piece bathroom, kitchen, dining area and livingroom.
All rooms are tastefully decorated along with stereo systems and colour TV. The entertainment system includes CD/DVD player and both a 27" and 36" TV.
Both units have stoves, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blow dryer, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board. The wall outlets have both 220 and 110 eletric current available. There is no need to bring your transformers. A full range of kitchen and dining utensils along with a barbeque are provided.
The pool area has large stone sundeck along with patio furniture and lounge chairs. The upper level has a large 40' wrap around balcony with stunning panoramic views of the bay and sea.
The property is located on 3/4 of acre which is completly private. The beach is about a 10 minute walk down the hill with several restaraunts close by.
The Stonehouse is ideal for two small families who would like to have some privacy with it's 1st and 2nd level floors. The villa has extra beds on both levels and each unit can sleep up to 4 people. The Stonehouse is available as 1 bedroom unit. All linens,towels and bedding are of high quality. Housekeeping services are provided 4 times a week.
Daily meals can be arranged and we can take care of an initial shopping for beverages and food to be provided and discussed prior to your arrival. Pick up and drop off to the airport can be provided by Anthony's Taxi Services. They can also provide private tours throughout St. Lucia. We believe that once you come to the Stonehouse you'll be back again.
