Our 5/6 bed / 4.5 bath Luxury Furnished Villa, located in Calabay Parc, a peaceful community just off US27. The villa is ideal for large families: it has a large spacious lounge, with 51-inch HD cable TV, digital HD cable box, DVD recorder, XBox with games, mini-HiFi system with Mp3... There are 3 master bedrooms with cable TV/DVD, 2 twins with cable TVs, a den with cable TV and DVD player, a brand new computer with free Hi Speed internet access, an extended covered patio, an extra large L-shaped heated pool and Jacuzzi....
This luxurious villa is a 2 story, fully air-conditioned villa, where everything is made to help you feel comfortable.
Downstairs you will find 2 master suites, nicely decorated and offering all the en-suite facilities, especially the first master and its sumptuous bathroom with walk in dressing room, shower, closet and direct access to the lanai and pool area.
The Sunflower Villa has a large and comfortable family room, with a brand new 51-inch HDTV with digital HD cable box and a DVD recorder, and even an Xbox for your entertainment. The den, which can be used as the 6th bedroom, has a TV and DVD/VCR player and a computer. Upstairs, you will find the third en-suite bedroom, equipped with a combo DVD/TV (as the two other master suites are), and two twin bedrooms with TV, sharing the 4th bathroom.
The loft is a quiet place to read in or simply to relax on the rocking chair. The extended patio leads to an extra large L-shaped heated pool and jacuzzi. An external shower and a pool-bath are available directly from the pool area. You may also eat in the covered lanai, enjoying the brand new luxury patio furniture.

Many golf courses are in the area, including the famous Champion’s Gates golf course which is only 5 minutes away…
Universal Studios and Sea World are only 20 minutes drive away. The Orlando International Airport can be reached in only 35 minutes.
Tampa, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and the beaches are only one hour drive away…
