2004 / 2005 Rental Terms & Condition- Cancellation Policy

2004 / 2005 Season : 50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation.

Final Payment is Due 60 Days prior to arrival. If Funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is
subject to cancellation.

Cancellation made 60 Days prior to arrival forfeit 50 % of

Deposit. Cancellation made 45 Days Prior to arrival
forfeit full payment. Any changes made within 45 Days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy.

There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind. No Pets allowed.

Check in time 4.00 PM Check out 11.00 AM. Early Check Ins and Late Check Outs need to be approved by Main Management.

Terrasol Nightly Fees:
You need to pay the nightly fees charged by the resort in Cabo at Check Out. If nightly Fees are not paid at the resort your credit card will be charge plus additional Service Charges.

For Studios and one Bedroom the charge per night is $ 15.00 for 2-4 Person
For 2 bedrooms the charge per night is $ 20 for 2-4 Person and $ 25 for 4-6 Person
For 3 Bedroom the charge per night is $ 30 for 6 -8 Person
