Located on the peaceful, northern end of Islamorada, in the quite residential neighborhood of Venetian Shores. Just 75 miles from Miami Airport and 80 miles from Key West.Islamorada is the perfect spot for your vacation. We have survived the horrific hurricanes of 2004 come and celebrate with us and enjoy the Florida Keys at it's best. We have added a desk top Computer with DSL High Speed Internet for your convenience.
This 2 bedroom private home is equipped with many extras including a heated (at 80/82 degrees) swimming pool that is partially under cover.
Venetian Tropics boasts large rooms furnished in rattan and decorated with a tropical flair. Coconut palms, hibiscus and other tropical blooms enhance your views from the balcony.
The average temperature is 80 degrees and 78 degrees for the water. Islamorada sits between the sparkling clear waters of Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it is bestowed by a Coral Reef three to five miles offshore that is filled with spectacular life! It is the very reef that has said to be one of the most romantic stories from Pirates to shipwrecks to sunken Spanish Galleons.
Great for snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and just plain relaxing. Yet close to great dining and entertainement.

Please note we also have a 3rd bedroom at the pool level should you need the extra roomit has a king size bedwith large sitting room and full bathroom at the extra cost of $1000.00 a week. It is not rented to anyone else should you decided you do not need the 3rd bedroom

Islamorada is known as the "Sport Fishing Capital of the World" it has the largest fishing fleet per square mile anywhere in the world. Fish for "big game" offshore, or use your finesse for back country fishing or just bridge fish. Almost any month of the year you can find a fishing tournament.
For Fall & Winter: Cero Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish....
Spring & Summer: Bonefish,dolphin, tarpon, sailfish, marlin.
Year round: Grouper, Snapper, Barracuda, mullet,bonefish, cobia, grunt,jack crevalle, ladyfish,rainbow, runner, shark, sea trout,snook,s padefish, tarpon & whahoo.
For Beach Lover's Only
Islamorada has a number of wonderful beaches. Some of the most spectacular can only be reached by boat. Leaving our canal with its immediate access to Ocean and Bay side, you can reach sand bars, and have your own isolated beach, where only few get access too. These beaches are only five minutes or less from our dock. There are many sand bars that pop up at certain times of the day, and the boaters that have the knowledge of when they pop, usually make a run for them to enjoy the solitude and beauty of our large ocean.

$200.00 non refundable deposit for pet and for additional pet $100.
$500.00 Security Deposit. $135.00 cleaning fee and an added $25 for the 3rd bedroom. An 11 1/2 % Bed Tax on rental rate. Deposit is required 7 days after rental agreement has been sent to decure rental.
** 3rd bedroom at the pool level with king size bed and a large sitting room and bathroom can be rented in addition to the upstairs 2 bedroom at an additionnal cost of $1000.00 per week..
