Lovingly restored Tuscan farmhouse, fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, located in the heart of the valley of the Arno among Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Ideal for families, with swimming pool, horses, pets and lots of space for the children to enjoy the countryside while the adults relax.

Our first end is make people felling as at home because guests are first of all our friends.

The Farmhouse is located in a very private property (10 hectares ) with private road , surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is an heaven especially for those that are looking for a quiet and safe place for the family and children. The farm produces good and organic red wine ( Chianti Colli Aretini) and excellent Extra virgin olive oil , cold pressed : a welcome tasting is always offer to the guests.

The house was finely restored few years ago according the original rural style : the floors are in "cotto toscano" (Tuscan original tiles) , the sinks in the kitchen in stone or marble are century-old , the furniture are typical Tuscan with antiques pieces, all creates a warmth atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
The whole farmhouse can sleep up to 13 people , has 4 bedrooms double, 1 bedroom with twin bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 6 bathrooms all with shower, a separate Laundry room .

Otherwise it's possible to rent a single portion because it is divided into four independent units, all fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and private space outside -all with garden furniture.

Unit OCRA, which is the biggest-, has two bedrooms and can sleep five people and has two bathrooms with shower. There are three single beds and one double bed. The attractive living area contains satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and microwave. The inside dining area seats five people. There is a very large terrace with garden furniture suitable for outdoor dining and sunbathing.

Unit ACQUA has two bedrooms - with one double bed and two singles and has two bathrooms with shower. The living area has satellite T.V. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. The inside dining area seats four people. There is a pleasant balcony suitable for outdoor dining.

Unit AMETISTA, which is downstairs, has one double bedroom and has a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and fridge. The inside sitting and dining area is ideal for two people. The outdoor dining area is private and pleasant.

Unit TERRA, which is next to AMETISTA, has one double bedroom and has a bathroom with shower. The living area has a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, and fridge. The dining area is suitable for three people. There is a pleasant private outdoor dining area.

Downstairs in a separate room there is a common laundry with washbasin, washing machine iron and iron-board. There is a freezer where guests can store frozen food.

a satellite TV. In the big park few steps outside the farmhousealong the romantic stream "Il Doccio" there is a very well maintained open-air swimming pool (12 *5 metreswith garden furniture) which guests are welcome to enjoy. Lots of green spaces around are ideal for children and parents .

If you are fond of pets you could meet the permanent guests in the farm : three friendly dogs and several cats that would visit you during your stay to receive a stroke or a little reward. It will be like at home !

The nature lovers can explore the countryside on horseback : we have our own horses that can be hired at a modest charge. Rides are accompanied. On request it's possible to rent cycles.

BBQ yard is available for preparing fantastic meal!

We sell our excellent Extravirgin Olive oil and Red wine (Chianti Colli Aretini) : in the Reception room are available bottles in different size and preparation (spiced oil with fresh herb or chili pepper).

The private spaces for parking are available in front of the house.
