Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises over the ocean as you sit on the deck drinking your morning coffee, watching the dolphins playing in the waves. Sea Dunes is a town home community that offers a heated community pool, tennis, racquetball, fitness equipment, game equipment, and a clubhouse. We are located on the beach road with our own private access stairs to a wide beach that has a lifeguard station next to it. Sea Dunes owners take great pride in planting the sea oats every year, adding to the beauty of the dunes in front of our homes.

The Dunes Club is a bright and spacious town home with both ocean and pool views from decks on two floors. The three bedroom, 2 ½-bath home sleeps seven comfortably and has all the amenities needed to help you relax and unwind. The enclosed garage parks two cars easily and contains a downstairs shower, a fish cleaning sink, washer and dryer and indoor clothesline.

Our home has central air and heat as well as ceiling fans. The first floor contains two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a private deck and bath and a second bedroom with a twin and trundle bed (twin/double combination), plus a hallway bath. The stairs leads up to the great room with cathedral ceilings: a living room/dining room, a bathroom and third bedroom with a partial ocean view complete this floor. There is a video and book collection, as well as family games for you to play. The well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances allows you to make as meals as you would in your own home. Both decks have tables and chairs.

Every Sunday night in season, you are invited to a welcome party, with snacks and helpful information from our on-site manager, as well as an information session by the Kitty Hawk lifeguards. Sea Dunes is extremely well located on the Outer Banks: there are seven restaurants, numerous stores and even the post office all located within walking distance from our home. Since we are located at milepost 4.5, it is nice to stay away from all the traffic that the lower Outer Banks has!
