SPECIALS
The Wailele Beach home is about 15 minutes north of the Wailea/Mekana area. Wailea is well known for the Shops at Wailea and many well knolwn hotels and restauants.
It is about 20 minute drive to the Ocean Center; 35 minutes to Lahina/ Kaanapali and 45 minutes to Kapalua.

Property Description
The Wailele Beach home is on a aresidental street and directly on the ocean. The home has a gated driveway and parking for two. cars Remote controls for the gate are provided at check in.
Beautiful multi colored tiles throughour Wailele make it easy to clean and the 10 foot ceilings with crown molding and ceiling fans give our home an elegant look. There is A/C in each of the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout.
Each of the bedrooms has a king size bed, TV, DVD and attached bathroom. In the living room there is a queen size Murphy bed.
We have a DVR in the south bedroom if you wish to record favorite shows for watching after the sun goes down.

Wailele has a small office which provides a fax machine and a wireless connection for your computer along with a printer for your use. We provide free long distance calling to othere Hawaiian island and the mainland US.
The entire front of the home that faces the ocean has a covered lanai facing the Island of Lanai and the ocean. If you come between November and April the Humpback whales are birthing and simming out front. Of course we have binocculars so you can get a good view of the breaching and spotting that goes on.
We have Tiki torches if you wish to use them in the evening. A few of the palm trees have night lighting and of course there is a gas BBQ.

Surfing next door at the Cove Park. Surf boards are available for rent within 2 blocks
Kayaking. Kayak rentals availabel for rent within 2 block either by the day or the stay
Tennis: Free at the Kalama Park within walking distance at wonderful games can be set up at the Wailea Tennis Center 808-879-1958
Golf: There is plenty of gold on the island of Maui and many courses within 15 minutes
Buy a boogie board and enjoy the speed on the waves.
Hiking, goumet restaurants, shopping and don't forget to visit the Satruday "Swap Meet" in Kahului where over 200 vendors have their wears. Saturdays only 7 am to 1 pm (It is a must to go to)

Payment policy: $1000 at time of confirmation and final payment due 60 days prior to arrival Except Christmas when payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Check or money order only
Cancel policy: $500 cancel policy once funds are on account until 61 days prior to arrival. $1000 cancel fee 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival; Non refundable if cancelled in the last 30 days unless re-rented then $1000 cancel fee. Trip cancellation insurance is available and suggest.
Damage deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure once we have been advised by the gardener and housekeepper that there has been no damage.
