This beautiful condo is located on the first floor and has its own private entrance off of the parking lot. Unit has its own parking space in front of private entrance. Small set of stairs with only 7 steps to the front door. Condo was remodeled in 2006. Both bedrooms have king size beds, large closets, 2 nightstands, dresser and tv/vcr. Master bedroom has private bathroom. Great room features leather furniture with a queen hide-a-bed and plasma HD TV. Board games and playstation are available for entertaining the kids while the adults relax. Lovely dining room table seats 6 comfortably. Additional seating at the kitchen snack bar seats 4. Spacious lanai with extra seating for 6 overlooks the heated inground pool and has great view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. Also great place to watch the dolphins from. Kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals. Private washer and dryer.

Condo is located about a 10 minute walk from the famous Times Square where there is shopping, dining and entertainment. Public beach is located off of Times Square.

For those of you who want to exercise while on vacation, there is a really good fitness center with everything that you need for an awesome work-out that is about a 3 mile drive from the condo. You can pay daily or buy a card for as many visits as you want. For a really great work-out, you could even jog to the gym before and after your weight work-out.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the lanai, or on the pool deck. No pets are allowed in the condo.
