With only a few minutes walk to the sidewalk cafes and restaurants in and around the bustling Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall, you will enjoy easy access to all Jerusalem has to offer.
These FULLY furnished holiday apartments, that sleep two to four people, have it all. A quiet building, on the same block as the Prime Minister's Residence, the apartment is a second floor walk up (38 steps - no elevator) with terraces facing the eucalyptus trees.
We are located on a charming street in the exclusive residential neighborhood where Rechavia becomes Talbieh.

Additional Rate Information
RENTAL FEE:
Ranges from $650 – $1,300 per week depending on season and length of stay. A cleaning and laundry charge of $95 for the stay will be paid by the tenant. Minimum rental period is one week except for holidays which are two weeks minimum stay.
Regular weekly rates:
$800 per week for 1 week
$700 per week for 2 weeks
$650 per week for 3 or more weeks.
High season rates:
$900 per week for 1 week
$800 per week for 2 weeks
$700 per week for 3 or more weeks.
Holiday rates $1300 per week, Pesach and Sukkot a minimum of 2 weeks stay
DEPOSIT: 50% of total rental fee required to make a binding reservation, balance due upon arrival at apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: With at least one month's notice the entire deposit will be refunded less $300 for expenses. With two weeks to one months notice, half the deposit will be refunded. Less than two weeks notice no refund.
