· four individual theme bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom can accommodate two persons in either, queen or two separate twin beds size and a separate, full equipped kitchen;
· a large, two rooms self contained apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a king size bed and a queen size pull out sofa bed. Private deck with ocean view. Sleeps four;
· 1700sqf self contained three bedrooms apartment, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open concept dinning and social areas, veranda with ocean view. Sleep 7.
All rooms offer commanding view of the ocean. All units are provided with silent A/C, private luxurious bathrooms with hot and cold water, TV sets, some mini fridge, in room safe. Wireless internet. Additional foldable beds may be provided by request. The four separate bedrooms open on to a distinctive swimming pool. You can enjoy the spectacular ocean view from any window/patio door of the Villa

By request, we can provide hearty breakfast in our elegant gazebo, surrounded by a lush garden. Or if you enjoy cooking exotic meals use one of the fully equipped kitchens. As an alternative, we also offer “all inclusive” plans. The design of our villa allows separate rental of each room or group rental up to 20 persons. For guests’ convenience and comfort, the owners live in a separate, next-door villa. They are permanently available to respond to the guests’ needs with discretion and respecting the guests’ privacy and full enjoyment of the premises. Children are welcome.

Rates are quoted per room, based on double occupancy:

Apartment 1: from $95/night
Apartment 2: from $170/night

All inclusive: from $99/person/day; minimum party of 4.

Our location is excellent for half day and whole day trips to the Rincon de la Vieja Natural Reserve, slow boat Tempisque River trips with viewing of the Capuccino monkeys and the crocodiles, zip line canopy tours, sailing and sport fishing trips, scuba diving and snorkeling. We can assist you with any of these trips as well as with car rental.
