While staying at Neptune's retreat you can escape your everyday life as you open the 2 sets of double doors off of the 2nd and 3rd floor decks to hear the relaxing sounds of the gulf waves. While you are away, you will still enjoy all the comforts of home and more with the all new fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 2 large family rooms and complete linen service. The home has been professionally decorated with a nautical theme and each bedroom given a name that references nautical terms or parts of a ship. All bedrooms are equipped with flat panel HDTV televisions with DirectTV service. Below you will find all the features of this grand beach home.

Game Room

Rainy days are not a problem at Neptune’s Retreat! Whether you prefer, video games, board games or active games you will have your choice of activities in the home’s fully equipped game room. The main attraction is the commercial video arcade machine. This unit features 100 classic games including Golden Tee. In addition to the arcade machine, the Wii will provide hours of active enjoyment for kids and adults alike. Wii Sports is provided and includes tennis, bowling, baseball and boxing, but feel free to bring along any of your other favorite Wii games. There are also Air Hockey and Foosball tables and a variety of other board games for you to enjoy. If you prefer curling up with a good book, you are welcome to read any of the books on the shelves in the game room. If you don’t finish the book before you leave, feel free to take it with you and leave another book behind.

Kitchens

Chefs and novices will both enjoy the spacious feel of the all new second floor main kitchen. Rich cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances give this kitchen a whole new look. A large island features extra countertop space, seating for 5, food prep sink and extra outlets for laptops, appliances or other electronics you may have brought along with you. The kitchen’s two dishwashers will handle the heavy load of a big group and the large French Door style refrigerator offers chilled and filtered water along with expanded, efficient storage for groceries and frozen items. A separate beverage center and ice maker provide more storage for drinks and premium ice for poolside drinks and cocktails. The kitchen is also equipped with an ample supply of silverware, dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans and convenience items such as coffee makers, toaster oven, electric can opener, electric griddle, electric frying pan, blender, crock pot, hand mixer and food storage containers. A strap on high chair and kid sized bowls, cups, plates and utensils are provided to assist in mealtime for our younger guests. Finally, a new desk area just to the left of the kitchen provides free long distance telephone access and a high-speed cable modem with WiFi router that serves the entire house.

A smaller but fully equipped kitchen is located on the first floor. This kitchen features, cook top, oven, microwave, dish washer and refrigerator freezer. A bar height countertop provides seating for 4 guests and a small dining table seats 4 more.

Main Dining Area

Located just off the second floor kitchen is the main dining area. A large expandable table allows seating for up to 10 guests. Just beside this is the kitchen island that features counter height seating for 5 more guests. Additional seating is also available in the adjoining family room and large second floor deck.

Family Rooms

The main family room is located on the second floor just off of the dining area. This room features comfortable seating for 7 guests and a 57” HDTV television. Extra speakers in the walls and ceiling provide full theater surround sound. Don’t forget your iPod as the Stereo equipment located in both family rooms allow you to enjoy all your favorite music during your stay at the house.

The secondary family room is located in the first floor game room. A comfy sectional sofa provides seating for 6 guests and the large screen HDTV allows an additional viewing area for movies or TV shows. Both areas are equipped with DVD and VCR equipment.

Bedrooms

On the first floor, you will find the Wheel House that contains a king sized bed and a set of twin sized bunk beds. Also on the first floor is the Sea Dog’s Quarters. This room is the first of two bunk rooms in the home and contains a set of twin sized bunks with a pull out trundle bed, and a regular twin sized bed. Both these bedrooms share a large common bathroom with oversized shower and double vanity. Step stools have been provided in the sink cabinets to assist our smaller guests with ample access to the vanities.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the second floor. The Cofferdam Corner is the first bedroom and contains a queen sized bed. Next is the Amidship Quarters which also features a queen sized bed. Both rooms are connected by separate bathrooms with a vanity and toilet and is adjoined by an oversized shower room. Pirate’s Cove is the third bedroom on this floor and is the second of the two bunk rooms in the home. This room has two sets of twin sized bunk beds and is decorated with the pirate theme. The bathroom for this bedroom is located across the hall and contains a pedestal sink and oversized shower.

The third floor features 3 master suites with private baths. The largest of the three bedrooms is named the Skipper’s Suite. This grand bedroom contains a king sized bed and has a large sitting area with pull out sleeper sofa for additional guests. Two sets of double doors off of this bedroom open to the large 3rd story balcony and provide breathtaking views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Servicing this room is a large bathroom with double vanity, corner Jacuzzi tub, spacious shower and walk in closet. The remaining two bedrooms on this floor the Spinnaker Suite and Crow’s Nest both have king sized beds and private bathrooms with large vanity areas and oversized showers.

Outside Amenities:

The large 30 x 14/ft heated pool is one of the homes most popular features. The pool serves all ages with its main area that is approximately 5 feet deep is perfect for laps or water sports. The tanning ledge offers a shallow area for toddlers and babies to splash in and the hot tub provides a relaxing place for the adults to enjoy.

The pool deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing. An outside shower, additional beach chairs and pool/beach toys are also provided for your convenience.

Two spacious 10 x 40 ft decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico are accessible via double sets of french doors on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. These decks are perfect for dining or entertaing and allow for spectacular Gulf views.

For your grilling pleasure a large propane style gas grill is available that is located just off the first floor screened in porch.

The home also has lush tropical landscaping and off street parking for six cars.

For the golfers in the group, the Camp Creek Golf Club is just a mile away. Just outside your door you can bike, roller blade or walk for miles on a safe trail adjacent to 30-A. This community is within walking distance to the shops and ammenites of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and a short 7 mile drive to Seaside.
