Here is where you can grill up your hearts delight on the gas grill or sit at the table and play some cards. The entire back yard is surrounded with a 6' Privacy fence. And of course the Terra Cotta Terrace community offers a large community pool, tennis, vollyball pit and another community BBQ area. This vacation rental shall not leave you wanting for more!

This tropical master bedroom with king bed plus master bath and french doors leading to your private balcony is a nice quiet escape for the king and queen of the home. Enjoy a movie on the large TV with DVD or VCR.

This queen bedroom features french doors opening to the large sundeck over looking the pool and cable TV.
Secound Guest Bedroom
This 2nd guest bedroom features a queen bed, full private bath and cable TV.

Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.
