Some of the steps and levels that form the entrance of the house. It has wonderful views while still retaining privacy. This great room is perfect for family gatherings. The large fireplace makes it a great holiday gathering spot. In the summer you can light the candles for effect and then watch the boats go by out the glass front with a view of the harbor. And when it's dark you can see the lights of the marina and Shelter Island. This modern kitchen is fully equipted if you feel like cooking. There are gourmet and grocery stores just down the road in Liberty Station; and a great bread bakery on the way. Pervect to watch the boats go by or the twinkling lights of the Marina ans Shelter Island at night.
