Luxury ground level home on Sanibel's East end with a large private lap pool and private boat dock on direct access canal. Home has four bedrooms including two master suites with king bedrooms. There is also a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds.
Home has recently been completely remodeled and luxuriously furnished:
Tuscan-styled kitchen includes Wolf Commercial range, microwave, and warming drawer. Subzero refridgeration (including wine and beverage center, a free-standing integrated refridgerator and two additional refridgeration drawers), and Bosch Dishwasher. There are also two islands with granite countertops and two sinks (one full size, one prep).
Separate laundry includes new front loading Whirlpool Washer and Dryer.
Luxury master suite on second floor includes a large shower with five shower heads (including a rain faucet), a large whirlpool tub, and his and hers closets. There is also a private lanai.
Additional master on ground floor includes a private bath.
