Our villas are located in the middle of the rainforest, above the bay of Dominicalito, only 400 meters from the beach, and 3km south of the town of Dominical. Enjoy jungle-living with indigeneous widlife and georgous sea views while staying in our luxury villa!

PAYMENT POLICY:
A non refundable 50% of the total stay is required to reserve.
The remaining 50% are due 30 days before arrival (60 days before arrival in Peak Season)
Upon check in, a 1000USD damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded within 7 days after check out provided that there are no damages to the rental unit.
CANCELATION POLICY:
The 50% required to reserve will not be refunded.
Time required for cancellation or changes:
- May 1, 2008 check-in through December 20, 2009 :
3 days or more previous to the date of check in 50% refund
Less than 3 days previous to the date of check or 'No Show' - NO REFUND
- December 21, 2008 check-in through January 3, 2009 check-out
7 days or more previous to the date of check in 50% refund
Less than 7 days previous to the date of check or 'No Show' - NO REFUND
