Interior corridors lead to four guest rooms with king and queen sized beds. An additional guest bedroom with king sized bed and private living area and bath is just off the kitchen.

All bedrooms, living room, dining area, entry, have flat panel TVs with satellite cable. All bedrooms have a private bath. The two bedroom “pool house” is separated from the main house. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. The home sleeps sixteen guests total. The layout provides plenty of privacy and space for meetings or for just relaxing. The residence sits on two acres atop Newport Beach’s Back Bay ecological reserve. Upper Newport Bay is comprised of over seven hundred fifty acres of wetlands and surrounding Nature Preserve. The nearby Muth Interpretive center features educational programs on the protection and preservation of California Coastal Wetlands.

Opportunities for activities abound. A path that leads to Back Bay trails for walking or jogging is adjacent to the front lawn and a municipal golf course is just a stroll away. Disneyland is 30 minutes away, Legoland is an hour’s drive. San Diego’s Zoo and Animal Park are about an hour and a half away. Drive to Los Angeles in less than an hour. Newport Peninsula and its miles of oceanfront beach is less than 10 minutes away as is the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
