Day of arrival dinner will also be ready. (The guest will reimburse this to the cook the day of arrival or next)

-Full refund if received 120 days prior to arrival.
-Less than 120 days; full refund – 10% ; only if we can re-rent the exact same period. If we can not re-rent the exact same period…… no refund.
-Xmas and New Year’s: No refund.
No Airport Pick Up service.
