50% upon reservation (5 day limit after reservation)
50% 30 days before arrival.
100% if reserved less than 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
-Full refund if received 120 days prior to arrival.
-Less than 120 days; full refund – 10% ; only if we can re-rent the exact same period. If we can not re-rent the exact same period…… no refund.
-Xmas and New Year’s: No refund.
No Airport Pick Up service.
Suggested tips $15.00 - $20.00 usd per day per group for each staff member
Hacienda De Mita “304”:
Beach Club Restaurant open for lunch and dinner (3 minutes drive to the “Punta Mita homeowners beach club). Good menu and very unexpensive. Full Bar service.
“Haut Cousine” private cheff available for a fixed price (Including all food supplies). Different menu options.
List of near by restaurants will be in a book displayed in the house. (Also services activities; and usefull info)
Several options of restaurants open for lunch and dinner are only steps away accesible via the beach. (some provide delivery service tothe unit)
