This is a non smoking villa. Children may be allowed, check with the Perfect Place Vacations agent to confirm. A $700. refundable damage deposit is required. Check out time is 10AM on the day of your departure. Additional nights may be available subject to availability. We accept Visa, Marstercard,
American Express and Discovery credit cards through pay pal. Holiday weeks are non-refundable and must be 100% paid with 90 days of the reservation.
Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit. Cancellation policy is 60 days prior to reservation date. A cancellation fee is $50. plus credit card fees if any. Reservations can be make by credit card, check or bank wire.
