When renting with a large traveling party, it is quite spacious and comfortable with each side offering its own kitchen, living room and dining room. Total of 5 bedrooms with ensuite baths and 1 half bath just next to downstairs living room, with one outdoor shower under the sun!
Each bedroom is set up suite-style so the bathrooms are completely private. The land the house is on is over 8,700 square feet making for a spacious garden and pool area with plenty of room to wander.
Paradise Beach is 20 minutes south of Cancun International Airport and 10 minutes North of Playa del Carmen. It is a private beachfront community with approximately 70 residential lots nestled just in between the 5 star resorts of Mayan Palace and Iberostar Paradise Beach. Both resorts offer golfing and resort usage options for Paradise Beach owners and their guests. This Caribbean home is about a 1 minute walk to the white sand beach of Playa Paraiso with light Turquoise Blue water. There is an ocean view from second floor balconies. The private beach is white powder, no rocks perfect for snorkeling, jet skiing or professional cloud tracking!
