Please compare properties according to location, quality and cleanliness. You really need to be on Bayside Walk or Ocean Front Walk to enjoy the 'beach experience.' If you are on located on a court, you will look out at other buildings, cottages, and condos. These buildings line the sidewalk and are close to each other and face others on the opposite side of the sidewalk. They are priced less than the beach front properties because their purchase price is obviously less than those properties right on the beach. It is a different experience. It may be well worth the extra amount to experience the best.
When you are staying right on the beach, you can enjoy the view at all times and really feel like you are on vacation. If you are told that you are only 1 block from the water and beach, you could be on busy Mission Blvd. Look up the properties on Google. Go to http://google.maps.live and put in the address. This will allow you to see an aerial view. This will really tell the story of how great this location is!!!
