Location, Location, Location!! This home is 10 minutes away from Disney World and within minutes of all the attractions and other resorts. Our villa is also less than 5 minutes away from big supermarkets, shops, shows, and championship golf. Because of our very ideal location, 2 miles off of Poinciana, you can enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of lodging in this magnificent villa while away from the hustle and bustle and noise along the 192 highway.

Cleaning fee of $140.00 for stays of less than 7 night
$300.00 of the rent is required to complete the booking per week of stay with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments made are deducted from the total rental payment due.
You can pay by check, money order, paypal or credit card.
Credit card and paypal payments have a 4% transaction fee added to the total.
A $500.00 credit card authorization is required for the security/damage deposit
