Fully equipped kitchen for four people, includes cook-top, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee-maker, toaster, and washer/dryer. Linens, tableware, glassware, stemware and flatware are provided.
Pool and spa
Access to a private 60 ft lap pool for those who like to keep in shape surrounded by sun-drenched or shaded terraces that capture the best of the cool breezes. An ideal spot to laze the day away with a favorite book while swinging gently in the hammock, or laying down in the comfortable lounging chairs.
Wildlife in your garden
Enjoy numerous species of birds including the spectacular scarlet macaw, 3 species of toucans, and woodpeckers, white face and spider monkeys, coatimundi (pizotes) and iguanas.

PUNTA LEONA NATURE RESERVE
Kalinda Pacifíca is located in the perimeter of the Punta Leona Reserve on the gorgeous Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, 1 hour 20 minutes West from the International Airport Juan Santamaría. Punta Leona is home to one of the last remaining forests that are found in the transitional life zone between the rainforests of the Southwest and the dry forests of the Northwest, and to the rare and endangered Scarlet Macaw. The reserve is also the dwelling place of many birds including three species of Toucans and White-Face and Spider Monkeys. Numerous trails through primary forest are available as well as canopy ride tours. Restaurants, bars, a convenient shop and other services can be found at the Punta Leona Club Center.
BEACHES
At Kalinda you will find yourself surrounded not only by the rainforest but, by several pristine isolated beaches. A five-minute walk from Kalinda, on a rough-hewn private path winds down the hill to the quiet Caletillas Beach. Continue walking on beautiful rock paths and you will find yourself in Caletas Beach. A 20-minute walk on the road (or 3 minute drive) in the opposite direction will take you to the calm white sand stretches of Playa Blanca. Here you will enjoy wonderful snorkeling or engage in other activities such as surfing and sea kayaking. Continue walking on the beach and you will reach Playa Mantas and Limoncito.
NEARBY NATIONAL PARKS AND ACTIVITIES
For those who like to venture out, the Carara National Park, the Tarcoles River, Playa Jaco, Playa Herradura and Playa Hermosa are 10-20 minutes away from the Punta Leona Entrance. The world-renowned Manuel Antonio National Park is only 90 minutes away. Favorite activities in the area include bird watching, hiking, snorkeling, white water rafting, surfing, canopy and crocodile tours, deep-sea fishing and jeep jaunts. Golfers will find a championship course in Herradura at which to play.
