Comfortable bedroom furnished with a standard size double bed or if you wish 2 twin beds During night time you will find yourself in a warm and silent sorrounding A large desk in the room is also available if you are travelling for buisness. To enjoy your time in the apartment and relax, a sofa is available...and if your travelling with your kids it becomes a 160cm wide sofa bed. A fully equippped kitchen in case you'd wish to cook your self something for a night or two.
A comfortable dining room area to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or any other meal with your travel mates. Located on Via Gregorio VII, the flat is just a few minutes away from the Vatican City, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. Within 10minutes you'll also be seeing all other Rome's best attractions The bus stop is just in front of the building entrance and the Subway station is a 7/8 minute walk away from the apartment. Within 10/15minutes you can reach the opposites sides of the ancient city. You'll be staying in a comfortable and relaxant place a few minutes away from here!! Large,comfortable but most of all clean, the bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and everything else you may need to enjoy your stay in Rome
Bathtub and shower as for the guests' convenience. Clean towels, shampoo and soap are also available for our Guests From the bedroom you will have access to a small balcony where you'll have the possibility to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or simply a garden view. Attention to details is not only a characteristic of our residential flat. The building is also very elegant and nice looking. a little garden on the entrance isle of the building just makes everything nicer as you can see art expressions are not only present in Rome's best and most famous attractions.

The residential falt is divided into: A beautiful loft bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds) and a sofa bed (160 cm of width), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a dining room area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. The following items are included: microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee-maker, hair dryer, TV, safety box, Bedclothes and towels are provided for the guests, and changed every four or five nights for the guests’ convenience. Final cleaning of the apartment is also included. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2adults+2children
