Additional Rate Information
All rates throughout 2011, and for 2012 occupancies until we post new rates for next year, start at $104.20 per night and reflect 20%-40% discounts off our published rates, depending on the season and as shown on our direct website (www.belizebeachvillas.com). They are quoted in U.S. dollars and are based on double occupancy. Please query for all rate details. Each additional adult occupant, beyond two in any unit, normally adds $25 per night. Each additional occupant aged 3-17 normally adds $15 per night. We are waiving the 3-17 additional-occupant costs, however, for occupancies through 2011. There is a 9% government room tax on all bookings. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required on all bookings, via Visa or Mastercard. Balances will be charged 45-60 days before arrival, depending on the season. Bookings may be made via our website booking form, or by phone. All charge transactions and bookings will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. For our cancellation policy, please reference our website.
