Additional Rate Information
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult occupant, beyond two in any unit, normally adds $20 per night. Each additional occupant aged 13-18 normally adds $10 per night. We are waiving these additional-occupant costs, however, for bookings through 2009. Younger children add no cost. There is a 9% government room tax on all bookings. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required on all bookings, via Visa or Mastercard. Balances will be charged 45-60 days before arrival, depending on the season. Bookings may be made via our website booking form, or by phone. All charge transactions and bookings will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. For our cancellation policy, please reference our website.
