Canyon Run

This part of the living area now has a curved sofa with two recliners, two end tables with lamps, and a coffee table. It is very comfortable for enjoying the fire or watching TV. This picture was taken with a telephoto lens, and makes the deck larger and the gas grill smaller. The deck is practically on the Eagle River and is a great place for viewing kayakers and rafters. The sofa opens up into a queen bed with an extremely comfortable air mattress. The master bedroom with queen size bed opens onto a small patio on the Eagle River. The sound of rushing water is very soothing when going to sleep. The master bath has an oversize tub and a separate shower. TV and VCR are available in this bedroom. There are four bunks in this bedroom that has its own small TV and a full bath with tub-shower combination.
The dining area seats six to eight and is part of the living area on the top floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Most of the furnishings are new.

The hot tub is next to the unit, and while it is shared with other members of the building, it is rarely used by anyone, and is really like a private hot tub. A fitness center with indoor pool is five minutes away, and there are many golf courses in the Vail Valley. The unit is near Nottingham Lake, good for skating in winter, and near volleyball and soccer fields, too. Stores are restaurants are a five-minute walk, and Starbucks is a two-minute walk.
