A $100 deposit may be required to confirm reservation at the time of booking, in Wachovia Bank (USA), (account information provided upon request) or via Western Union Money Transfer. This deposit will be considered as part of the rent. If staying less than 1 month, full balance payment is due the first day of occupancy. If staying more than 1 month, full payment should be received during the first 5 business days of the month.
For stays shorter than 1 month, a $200 security deposit is also required at the time of your check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure.
For stays longer than 1 month, a full 1-month deposit is also required at the time of your check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure.
