Gated elegantly manicured community with 24 hour security. Pool, putting green,tennis courts, and playground shared by villa. Beach facilities, Beach chairs, Beach toys, Spa, Restaurants, Bars, and Lounges of the Embassy Suites Hotel located within walking distance.

Golf the Chi Chi Rodriguez designed golf course outside the back door (considered the most challenging in Puerto Rico). Eat meals, barbecue, or relax below the shady tropical vegetation of the private patio on and with spectacular views of the golf course. Sunbathe or watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Enjoy time with family and friends watching a movie on the large screen Cable TV in the family room.

The ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living, and family room, half bath, and patio. There are 4 master bedroom suites, 2 per floor, each with private full bathrooms and verandas. Two bathrooms have bathtubs and bidets one of which has a double sink and extra large bathtub. There are two twin size air mattresses available.

Located just 35 minutes from San Juan airport, Old San Juan, and Plaza las Americas (largest shopping mall in the Caribbean). Walk or drive just outside the community to find a multitude of fast food restaurants, local eateries, and higher end restaurants specializing in Puerto Rican foods, seafood, and meats. In addition here you will find grocery stores, franchise pharmacies, retail and local vendors, ice cream parlors, and movie rental stores. The Villa's beach is a short walk across the golf course. There are 2 additional public beaches located 5-10 minutes away.

Recommend renting a car at the airport. There are multiple rental car companies within the airport. Taxis are also available.

This is truly the ideal vacation spot for someone who enjoys luxury, wants to be within walking distance to the beach, enjoys golf, and can appreciate what close proximity to the city has to offer all while wanting to be away from it all relaxing in the quiet of a beautiful small town. The ground level consists of a newly remodeled fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Family Room, half Bath, and Patio. The Living Room is 2 stories in height and has an all glass back wall that overlooks the private backyard and golf course. The Family Room has a large screen Cable TV. Board games are also available for your enjoyment. The private Patio has Teak Patiio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. The backyard Patio overlooks the 17th hole of the golf course. There are 4 master bedroom suites, 2 per floor, each with private full bathrooms and verandas. Two bathrooms have bathtubs and bidets one of which has a double sink and extra large bathtub. All Linens and Towels are provided in additon to Beach Towels. There are two twin size air mattresses available upon request. The rooftop Terrace on the 4th story offers exceptional views of the Villas grounds, gardens, and the golf course. It is also an exellent location to sunbathe in private.
