Additional Rate Information

Add 13% sales tax to the above rates.
A reservation deposit of $100.00 will hold your vacation dates. The full balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
All rates shown are in U.S dollars and are subject to change without notice.
On stays of 4 nights or less, a one time clean fee of $60 will be added
We welcome all SNOW BIRDS, CORPORATE RENTALS and longer stays.....
On STAYS OF 28 NIGHTS OR LONGER, the rate is only $55 per night plus 13% sales tax.
On STAYS of 6 MONTHS OR LONGER, the rate is $50 per night, there is No SALES TAX charged and all utilities are included (signed lease required).

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
1. Deposit and Balance: A reservation deposit of $100.00 will hold your vacation dates. Each reservation will be confirmed by first class mail upon receipt of a signed reservation form and deposit check. The full balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

2. Methods of Payment: Personal check, Money Order, Travelers Cheques, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card (a $3.00 convenience fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card).

3. Returned Check Policy: There is a $30.00 fee charged for any personal checks returned unpaid.

4. Security Deposit (required on first time stays): Your $100.00 security deposit will be mailed back to you 3 weeks after your departure providing there are no breakages, missing items or damages to the premises and/or contents, long distance telephone charges or cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupancy of the premises.

5. Unpaid Balances: If the balance of the sum due as shown on the confirmation sheet remains unpaid 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the reservation will be canceled and all monies paid will be forfeited.

6. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date, all monies paid will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, all monies paid will be forfeited unless you re-schedule your vacation dates; then all monies paid, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be applied toward your new reservation. The new reservation dates must be used within a 12 month period from the original reservation dates depending on our availability.
