Get away from the crowds on the boardwalk and still be super close to the beach. It is only 50 steps to the sand of Mission Beach; walk there in seconds. Recently remodelled,fully furnished, linens included. Wood floors, granite counters and tile throughout add elegance and charm to this beach beauty. From the great room/kitchen enjoy ocean views while you cook in the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. Also an eat-in
kitchen, there is plenty of storage and counter space and newer appliances. In the off-season, enjoy the gas-piped fireplace while watching the sunset.

Master bedroom has queen size bed and ocean facing deck. Open the french doors and fall asleep to sound of the waves. In the morning have your coffee on the deck, and in the evening enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun set with nothing between you and the Pacific. Split from the other sleeping areas, there is a full bath next to master.

Bedrooms 2 (queen) and 3 (two twins) also open to the outside through French doors onto a large deck with bistro table and chairs. Bedrooms are furnished with an old world decor. Third
bedroom has its own spacious full bath with granite and tile. For extra guests, the leather sofa in living room converts to a sleeper.In addition to the many wonderful views from the main living areas, there is a large roof deck. Look to the west and view the Pacific, look east and enjoy bay views, look south to the lights of Belmont Park and the famous Big Dipper roller coaster, look north to beautiful LaJolla. Watch the fireworks at Sea World on summer nights. The deck has a barbeque, dining table with umbrella, and deck chairs so you can sunbathe while your kids are napping. Enjoy many memorable nights with friends and family while watching sunsets, enjoying the ocean breezes and the ocean views, high above
the bustle of Mission Beach.

Two garage parking spots included with this rental. For guests with large SUV's we can provide one garage space and one outside space adequate for larger vehicles.

Cleanliness and comfort are top priorities with this rental. The rich decor demonstrates the amount of time and car that was taken to make this one of Mission Beach's finest vacation retreats. All linens provided just unpack your bags and you will be right at home. If you have a large group wishing to vacation together, we can direct you to other year-round rentals on our court.

Please note: we do not rent to vacationing students and young adults under age 25 unless accompanied by older guardian or parent.

Because this is a second floor unit with stairs and roof deck, children must be supervised at all times.
