Very close to the “Forum des Halles”, the very center of Paris, the “Studio Montorgueil” is located in the Montorgueil area.

The address is 4 rue Tiquetonne, in a very quiet and typical street.
Within walking distance (2 minutes) of every kind of shops (food, clothes, beauty, books, etc .) and especially of the very “chic” market street of Montorgueil. The studio “Montorgueil” will allow you to live like a real Parisian. You will be close to Notre Dame (15 minutes by foot), the Louvre museum (20 minutes by foot), the Champs-Elysées (15 minutes by metro), Montmartre or the Eiffel Tower (20 minutes by metro). Take advantage of your neigbourhood for sightseeing or a moonlight stroll. You will never be far from home !
Nearest metro stations : “Chatelet-Les Halles” or “Etienne Marcel”.


The apartment :

- The main room : A comfortable double bed, a dining table and 2 chairs, an armchair, cable colour TV with flat screen (CNN, etc.), a CD/DVD player, a computer (Mac) with Internet high speed connection, central heating, iron, English guidebooks and maps, linens are provided as well.

- The kitchen : The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner :
microwave oven with grill, electric plates, refrigerator (with a little congelator), dishes, utensils, coffee-maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kitchen and table linen. It is very easy to buy food at nearby shops (the Montorgueil market street is the most famous one in Paris). Little food will be bought for you (free of charge) for breakfasts.

- The bathroom : A clean bathroom, with shower/tub, sink, toilet, hair dryer, electric water heater, soap. Towels are provided in quantity.


Services :
- Cleanliness : The studio is permanently maintained. It will of course be cleaned before your arrival.

- 7/7 service : You will have someone to ask questions or help you 7 days a week (I personnally live in the area).

- Situated in the very heart of Paris, at a walking distance to Notre Dame (15 minutes) and to the Louvre musuem (20 minutes). The Opera is not very far and the Marais area is in the neighborhood.
- The main Subway station (Chatelet - Les Halles) is 5 minutes walking so you will be close to all the places you would like to go !

- If you like shopping, the Forum des Halles (the biggest commercial center in Paris) is 5 minutes walking.

- If you like the unique atmosphere of markets, the most famous one in Paris is rue Montorgueil (3 minutes walking from nthe studio).

- If you like french food and go out after visiting monuments, you will find a lot of delicious and typical restaurants and cosy bars in the area.
