Villa Caribe is close to all San Diego has to offer: 30 seconds from a rocky beach-explorer’s playground, 2 minutes to the heart of Ocean Beach, 6 minutes to the charming village of old Pt. Loma, with its shops, restaurants and the San Diego Yacht Club, 10 minutes to Sea World, Old Town, the Gas Lamp District, the airport, shopping at Fashion Valley, 15 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park and about 30 minutes to Legoland and the Wild Animal Park.

50% of the rental amount is due within one week of booking to hold your reservation. Final payment (50% of rent, tax, cleaning and damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to your stay. All monies are 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of your stay are subject to the property being re-booked. Regardless of whether the property is re-booked, your damage deposit, cleaning fee and taxes are 100% refundable. Final balance payment due 30 days prior to your stay that is not paid on time may result in a loss of reservation.
10.5% San Diego City Occupancy Tax, $500 Refundable Damage Deposit, $75 Cleaning Fee
