The seven mile stretch of the white sands of Ft. Myers Beach are at your door step as this duplex is located immediately across the street from the beach access point. Guests will also enjoy access to an olympic size pool just a mile and a half away.
All is fresh and new as this duplex has been completely remodelled and furnished. There are brand new furnishings from top designers Robb and Stucky as well as premium new mattresses for your comfort.

The Seaside Cottage is a private residence that offers a retreat from the busy condo complexes. Large manicured lot with and abundance of palm trees located north of "the bridge", this duplex is directly across the street from the beach with a partial view of the sugar white sands and bay.
The light and bright eat in kitchen features all new appliances and granite counter tops.
Two spacious bedrooms offer luxurious brand new king size bed in the master suite. The guest bedroom features two brand new twin size beds. Every bedroom has it's own television, alarm clock and ceiling fan. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Blow dryers and all linens are provide for your convenience. There is also central airconditioning to keep you cool after a long day at the beach.
For larger groups or families travelling together, both sides of this duplex can be rented together. Rental of the entire duplex will accommodate up to twelve guests. Owner also owns beachfront condo unit immediately across the street from this duplex and can coordinate accommodations for parties larger than twelve or parties traveling together.
Seasonal guests will receive a discount on the monthly rental rate.
