The house is located in Sunset Lakes, which is a quiet, small Gated Community and very close to the Magical Walt Disney World complex, just 4 miles or 5-minute drive from the Disney entrance.

The surroundings around the Sunset Lakes could not be better! On site, there are two fishing permitted lakes, a gazebo, community pool with a cabana and a children’s play ground. The conservation area in Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife. Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity. This fantastic house is completed with everything from TVs in each Master suite to your very own private pool. This home features 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, elegant family room and dinning room, and modern gourmet kitchen, total over 1700sf living space. Sleeping arrangements include 2 master bedrooms - one with a large-size bed, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with an oval shaped Jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanity basin. In this master room, there is a large sliding glass door leading to the pool deck and lake view. The other master bedroom has a double-size bed with its own full bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms with a full bathroom shared between.

The home has a south facing, screened pool, which is set in a stunning lakeside position. You can relaxingly sit in the pool and watch the breath-taking sunsets over the lake or watch the wildlife in the lake.

There is a comfortable living room with cable TV, DVD player and VCR and play station 2, an elegant dining room, a large kitchen with all modern amenities and a breakfast dinette. The living room is spacious and sunny. When the sliding doors are opened, you will be able to access the pool or enjoy the beautiful lake view from the living room.

Our Sunset Lake Villa is a super villa backing directly onto Sunset Lake. Built in 1999 this modern luxury villa is located in Kissimmee Florida. Sunset Lake is a premier secure community situated just over three miles south west of Walt Disney World Resort and is one of the closest vacation rental communities to the attractions in Orlando. Sunset Lake is a gated community with sidewalks throughout. Onsite there are two fishing permitted lakes, a Community Swimming Pool with nice bath-house, Cabana, Children's Tot Lot Play Area and Gazebo. At Sunset Lake you have the pleasure of quiet and secure natural Florida surroundings. In the mornings, weather permitting, you can see a lovely sunrise and watch hot air balloons taking off from across the street that float over the homes and lakes located here.
